Evidence and transparency: Publications reflect partner knowledge and program-specific research, rather than a single worldwide monitoring dataset. It discloses governance, annual reports and funding from governmental organizations, foundations, corporate partners and individuals. A member-based structure and board oversee its work.
Review scope: Last reviewed 2026-10-29: public-source desk review of official identity, geography, subject scope, available methods, access and institutional disclosures. Field operations, every finding and restricted services were not independently audited. Inclusion identifies a source to assess; it does not imply H/S endorses every position, appeal or finding.
