Its international work includes documenting attacks on health care, torture, sexual violence and persecution, together with advocacy and professional training.
Evidence and transparency: Investigations can combine interviews, surveys, clinical or forensic documentation and records analysis. Methods and limitations are specific to each study. The organization publishes its board roster, audited financial statements and tax filings.
Review scope: Last reviewed 2026-10-29: public-source desk review of official identity, geography, subject scope, available methods, access and institutional disclosures.
